Introduction

We establish the conditions that determine the use of this website (lobobobo.org) and the purchase of products. Please read the Terms and the Data Protection and Privacy page, referred to as "Data Policies," carefully before using this site. By using this site or placing an order, you are bound by these Terms and our Data Protection Policies.   1. Payment Terms
    Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your shopping cart. The next step is to place the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps in the purchase process, providing or verifying the requested information at each step. Additionally, if you are a registered user, a record of all your orders will be available in the "My Account" section.

You can use the following cards as payment methods, in credit card mode (as debit card mode will not be accepted), from the major brands.

If your payment method is PayPal, the charge will be made when we confirm your order. By clicking on "Authorize Payment," you confirm that the credit card is yours.

Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer. If the entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delays and will not be able to formalize any agreement with you.

  1. Delivery Terms
    Your order will be shipped via Correios do Brasil. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

The processing time for your order varies from one to five days. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of the situation, giving you the option to proceed with the purchase, set a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

The delivery time is estimated and may vary by up to 3 days (either earlier or later) due to various circumstances that may occur during logistics. In any case, please note that we do not make domestic deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. For the purposes of these Terms, "delivery" shall be understood as completed, or the order "delivered," when you or a third party indicated by you—such as a doorman or receptionist of your building—physically possesses the goods, as evidenced by signing the delivery receipt at the address provided.

  1. Exchange and Return
    With your order, we include a form with exchange/return instructions. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply fill it out correctly with the order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and mark one of the options that best suit your needs.

The return of the product(s) for exchange must be made within 30 days via PAC, with shipping paid by you at the time of posting. Once the product arrives and its condition is verified, we will refund the shipping cost.

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer Protection Code (Law 8078/1990) guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase of a product for any reason and return it within 7 days.

The withdrawal period expires 7 days from the day the products are delivered to you or a third party—other than the delivery person—designated by you and who physically takes possession of the goods. To respect the withdrawal period, simply send your notice of withdrawal to [email protected] before the period ends.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, without undue delay. Refunds may be withheld until we receive the goods back or until you provide evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

Your right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products returned in the same condition as received. No refund will be made if the product has been used, opened, or is not in the same condition as delivered. Care for the products while in your possession. Return the products with all original packaging, instructions, and any other documents included. Always include the receipt you received upon delivery. You will find a summary of this withdrawal right when receiving the order.

3.2 Returns
To authorize a return, the product(s) must arrive in the same condition as received, without signs of use or washing. They will be inspected, and within 5 business days, we will contact you to proceed with the refund.

The return of product(s) must be made via PAC, with shipping paid by you at the time of posting. After confirmation and authorization, you will receive a full refund, including the return shipping cost.

3.3 Defective Product Returns
If a defect or damage is confirmed in the returned products, we will issue a full refund, including delivery and return shipping costs. Refunds will always be made using the same method used for your purchase. All rights recognized by current legislation will, in any case, be ensured. 3.4 Exchange
With your order, we include a form with exchange instructions. Simply fill it out with the order number, the item name, and mark the appropriate option.

If the desired exchange product is unavailable, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Select a higher-value product by paying the price difference.
  • Select a lower-value product and receive a store credit for the difference.
  • Receive a store credit for the value of the product(s) for future use.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of materials or content provided as part of the site will always belong to us or those who grant us the license to use them.
