Terms & Conditions for International Purchases

Introduction

These terms set the conditions for the use of this website (lobobobo.com.br) and for the international purchase of products. Please read these Terms and our Data Protection and Privacy Policy (“Data Policy”) carefully before using this website. 1. Payment Terms

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your cart. The next step is to complete the checkout and proceed with payment. You will be guided through each step of the process.

We currently accept PayPal for international transactions. When paying with PayPal, your account will be charged once your order is confirmed. By clicking "Authorize Payment," you confirm that the PayPal account or credit card used is yours.

If any payment authorization is declined by your card issuer, we are not responsible for delays or the inability to finalize the order.

2. Shipping Terms

All international orders are shipped using global logistics partners or local postal services, depending on the destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected location and service.

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will notify you and provide options: continue with the order, accept a new delivery date, or cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery time is estimated and may vary by up to 3 days due to customs or logistic delays. Orders are not delivered on weekends or local holidays. Delivery is considered complete once the package is received and signed by you or someone authorized at the address.

3. Returns and Exchanges

A form with return/exchange instructions will be included with your order. Simply fill it in with the order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.

International returns must be made within 30 days using your country’s postal service. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Upon receiving the item and confirming its condition, we will reimburse your return shipping fee.

3.1 Right of Withdrawal

Under consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 7 days after delivery.

To exercise this right, send your withdrawal request to [email protected] before the 7-day period expires. We will refund your total payment, including any original shipping charges, once the returned goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.

Returned products must be in the same condition as received. No refunds will be issued for used or damaged items. Return items with all original packaging, documents, and the receipt received at delivery.

3.2 General Returns

Returned items must arrive in original, unused condition. After inspection, we will contact you within 5 business days to proceed with a refund. Return shipping must be paid by the customer and sent via a trackable service.

Once the return is authorized, we will refund the full purchase amount including the return shipping cost.

3.3 Defective Product Returns

If a product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund, including shipping and return fees. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout. 3.4 Exchanges

Use the return form provided with your order. If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose:

A more expensive item (paying the price difference);
A cheaper item (we issue a store credit for the difference);
A store credit for future use.
